From First Sketch to Final Install
At LA Custom Joinery, we believe your vision is our inspiration. We collaborate with you through every phase—from the initial drawing to the final precision-fit stone—to ensure we create a space that is truly yours
Design & Consultation
Everything starts with a conversation where our in-house designer and estimator sit down with you to explore your options. Using the latest design technology, we provide detailed plans and a final 3D concept so you can see exactly how the cabinetry will look and function before any timber is cut.
- Concept Package: If you need more inspiration, we offer a specialized concept package (fees apply).
- Showroom Selections: You will be invited to our showroom to make your final material and finish selections.
- Getting Started: We require a signed quote and a 5% deposit (minimum $1,000) to secure your project.
Precise Manufacturing
Once the design is locked in and your 45% production payment is received, your project moves to our workshop. This is where the team bring the drawings to life, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern machinery.
- Site Measure: Our production manager will conduct a “check and measure” site visit and provide an indicative installation date.
- Technical Approval: We send detailed production drawings for your signed approval before manufacturing begins.
Workshop Viewing
We want you to be 100% confident in the result. Before we head to your site, we set up all joinery in our factory and invite you to view your completed cabinets.
- Quality Inspection: This gives you the chance to see the quality in person and ensure every detail is perfect.
- Final Touches: At this stage, we can discuss final adjustments for hardware and handles.
- Ready for Delivery: A 40% payment is due following your successful factory inspection.
Seamless Installation
Whether we are managing the full project or simply installing the joinery, we treat your property with respect. Our team ensures a clean, efficient install with the goal of delivering a high-end finish.
- Preparation: Existing joinery removal usually occurs the day before your new cabinets are delivered and installed.
- Stone Integration: If your design includes stone, the stone company will measure it once the joinery is in place to ensure a flawless fit; please allow at least three weeks for stone fabrication.
- Project Completion: A final 10% payment is due upon completion of the installation.
